Catherine Cartwright

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Physical Education from the University of Western Ontario. She has obtained a Diploma in Sports Injury Managament from Sheridan College. Prior to focusing on manual therapy, Catherine was a Certified Athletic Therapist.

Catherine received her Doctorate of Osteopathy Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2001. Her thesis, entitled "Client's perception of the Effects of Osteopathic Treatments in the 21st Century" - was a survey which concluded with three basic facts: Osteopathic manual practitioners identify the cause of the probelm, they treat the whole body and they excel at listening to their clients.

Catherine's personal manual therapy strength lies in the fact that she blends the use of universal energy and Osteopathic techniques to facilitate healing. Having worked in the health care field for almost 20 years, Catherine continues in her studies as she explores the field of complementary medicine.
